2 - What do I need to do to prepare my house for DrySteam carpet cleaning?
Remove all breakable items from the rooms to be cleaned, including: fine china, crystal glasses or objects, decorative objects and artifacts. Remove any large items that our crew is not equipped to move, such as a piano or a very large piece of furniture. If you have any questions regarding the type of furniture we can and cannot move, please give us a call at: 954-984-5850.

3 - What type of product will you crew be using on my capet?
We only use the best eco-friendly products available. We will not bring harmful chemicals into your home.

4 - Will your crew return the furniture they have moved?
Yes. Our crew will return any and all pieces of furniture and decorative objects that they have moved prior to cleaning your carpet.

5 - How long will it take my carpet to dry?
Because of our advanced DrySteam Method of carpet cleaning, along with our state of the art equipment, most carpets dry within 1 hour of cleaning.

6 - How often should I have my carpet cleaned?
Some people have their carpet professionally cleaned by us a few times a year, but on average, you should have your carpet professionally cleaned by us once every 12 months. It also depends on how intense your use of the particular carpet is. If you are considering a very high traffic area in your home shared with pets, you probably should have us clean that area at least twice a year to insure your carpet's longevity.
