Good preparation efforts will vary depending on whether you’re getting your carpet, tile, or upholstery cleaned, or if you’re having a water damage emergency. For the most part, common sense will serve you well. Move your car out of your driveway so we can park the truck, vacuum your carpet, mop your tile, brush the dog hair off of your couch, etc. None of this is required, but will make the job easier.
We use carefully formulated enzyme and alkaline based products that are completely safe for your pets and kids. Nothing we use leaves a harsh smell or residue. It’s all eco-friendly and safe for sensitive skin and noses.
In short: Yes, within reason. We move most furniture at your request. Our equipment is able to get underneath beds and tables, so we don’t jump at the first opportunity to move everything. However, if you have a burning desire to move your nightstand or end table, then we’ll do it without a second thought.
Drying time has a few factors. The fabric and how dirty it is, in the case of carpet and upholstery. Tile always dries in about the time it takes to dry when you mop.
While there is no obvious answer to this question, because a couch can go from perfectly clean to a total mess overnight, there is a general rule of thumb.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released guidelines for the recommended frequency of carpet cleaning. The recommendations are as follows:

2 Person Household (Non-smoking): Carpets should be cleaned at least annually.
2 Person Household (Smoking): Carpets should be cleaned at least three times a year.
Family w/ Small Children: Carpets should be cleaned twice a year.
Family w/ Small Children and Pets: Carpets should be cleaned at least three times a year, preferably four.

Upholstery is more based on use, because if a sofa sits in an unused room, then just vacuum it once in a while and it’ll be fine.

Tile should be cleaned professionally at least twice a year. The reason for this is because dirt and grease can build up over time with mopping, and only the strength of industrial equipment can break the grime

The spots don’t come back when we clean it, but even if they do, we guarantee our work.
No. Most of the sprays you can buy at the consumer level have traces of bleach and will ruin your carpet over time.
We scrub the tile and grout with an alkaline based solution that helps break up the grime, and then we use our truck-mounted cleaning system, which reaches over a thousand PSI and two hundred degrees to clean any type of tile and grout as effectively as possible.
